How does the booking process work?
After a non-binding consultation, we talk through your wedding day, timeline and wishes in detail.
You’ll then receive a personalised written offer outlining all agreed services.
The booking is considered final once you confirm this offer.
Is there a minimum booking time?
For weddings in Switzerland, we offer combined photo & film collections starting at 8 hours.
Some weddings are small and intimate, others include a full-day programme — we’ll help you decide which coverage fits your day best.

Can the coverage be split between morning and evening?
Yes.
We’re happy to structure the coverage in a way that best suits your wedding day — for example preparations in the morning and celebrations later in the evening.
This is discussed individually during the consultation.
When is the best time to book you?
We recommend getting in touch 5–12 months in advance, especially for popular summer dates.
Many weekends book up quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better we can accommodate your wishes.
Do you always work as a team?
For weddings in Switzerland, yes.
We work exclusively as a photo & film duo, allowing us to tell your story seamlessly and unobtrusively — without double coordination or interruptions.
What languages do you work in?
Our native language is German, but we regularly work with international and English-speaking couples.
We’re fully comfortable communicating and working in English throughout the entire wedding day, including ceremonies, speeches and coordination with international guests and vendors.
How far do you travel for weddings in Switzerland?
We work across Switzerland.
For Swiss weddings, we are frequently in Geneva and throughout Switzerland, allowing us to work flexibly and efficiently for destination celebrations.
Do we need to take care of your travel or accommodation?
No — not at all.
You don’t need to organise or worry about anything related to our travel, accommodation or logistics.
All destination-related travel, accommodation and planning within Switzerland are fully included in our collections and handled entirely by us.
There are no additional or hidden costs.
How does the couple shoot work on the wedding day?
We keep the couple session relaxed, natural and stress-free.
There are no stiff poses or forced moments — we guide you gently and focus on real connection.
During our pre-wedding consultation, we’ll help you find the ideal timing and location so it fits naturally into your day.
What equipment do you work with?
We work with professional camera systems for both photography and film.
Our equipment is always up to date, and we bring multiple cameras to every wedding to ensure reliability and flexibility.
What happens after the wedding?

After your wedding day, the most time-intensive part of our work begins behind the scenes.
We carefully curate and edit your photographs and craft your wedding film with attention to mood, storytelling and detail.
You’ll receive:
• your photographs in high resolution via a private online gallery
• your wedding film via a private viewing link
• a keepsake box with USB drive, including bonus material such as vows and speeches (depending on your collection)
